What we do on production sites
- Breakdown and fault finding. Tripping supplies, motor and control faults, distribution problems. Cause found, not just symptom cleared.
- Machinery and plant connections. 3-phase supply, isolators, motor control, VSDs, and the load check before a new machine goes on an old board.
- Main switchboards, submains and distribution, including heavy terminations and board changeovers.
- Planned shutdowns. Scoped, sequenced and crewed so the plant restarts on time.
- High-bay and external lighting off scissor lifts and booms, with motion and daylight control.
- Compliance. RCD testing, test and tag on a workshop interval, emergency lighting, thermal imaging of boards, and reports formatted for your safety officer.
Where our industrial customers are

The western and north-western industrial belt: Port Adelaide, Ottoway, Rosewater, Athol Park, Mansfield Park, Pennington, and the Wingfield, Regency Park and Beverley estates beside them. The photo above is 1 of ours on a warehouse facade.
Setting up a priority arrangement
If your plant runs nights or weekends, or can't be down for more than an hour, set it up with us in advance: who calls, what the after-hours rate is, which sites we're inducted on, and where the boards and isolators are. Then the call at 9pm is a 1-minute conversation. See electrical maintenance for how the arrangement works.
