- Full-scope electrical on fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds: mains, boards, subcircuits, power, lighting, emergency lighting, data and comms, testing and certification.
- Programme discipline. A 6am start, rough-in and fit-off crews that turn up when the programme says, and a foreman who talks to yours.
- Design input early. Board capacity, supply upgrades and pathway clashes flagged at scoping, not discovered in the ceiling.
- Documentation. Written scope, test records, certificates and as-builts, so your handover pack is complete.
- Insurance and inductions ready to go: licence PGE355384, NECA member, $20 million public liability, workers compensation.
The jobs we're best on
Commercial tenancy fit-outs, office and retail refurbishments, medical practice fit-outs with body-protected areas, school works, warehouse and industrial fit-outs, and modular projects where the factory and site scopes are split. Most of it is in the western and inner-western suburbs, though we cover metro Adelaide within about 30km of the CBD.
How we work with a head contractor
Site visit and scoping with your PM. Written quote with staging and exclusions. Agreement on the programme and the interface points with mechanical, fire, hydraulics and data. Rough-in, fit-off, test and commission to the programme, with progress reporting your PM doesn't have to chase. Certified handover. If something on site changes the scope, you hear about it the day we find it, with a price, not at claim time.
