Why it goes in with the electrical
On a commercial fit-out the electrical and data pathways share the same ceiling, the same walls and the same programme. Running both with 1 contractor means 1 set of penetrations, 1 rough-in visit and no argument later about who cut what. On a modular building it's the same logic inside the factory.
