Coastal: salt air, outdoor fittings, holiday rentals and apartments.
Electrical work in West Lakes
West Lakes was built in a single wave in the 1970s, so its original housing is remarkably consistent: solid brick, decent boards for the era, but no RCD protection and 50 years of additions. Lakeside and canal homes add pumps, jetty lighting and outdoor circuits close to water, all of which need RCD protection and proper weatherproofing, and all of which we find done badly more often than done well. Salt air off the lake is gentler than at Henley but still real.
Westfield and the commercial precinct around it are large-format retail, food and service tenancies with long hours: fit-outs on turnover, LED lighting, and emergency lighting testing. The Football Park redevelopment is hundreds of new homes and townhouses, with the new-dwelling electrical and the network coordination that a precinct at that scale needs.
