How the audit works
We walk the site and count every fitting by type and wattage. You get a table: existing fitting, existing watts, proposed LED, proposed watts, quantity, and the annual running-cost difference at your tariff. That's the payback, in your numbers. If some fittings aren't worth touching yet, the table says so.
Where LED upgrades pay fastest
- Warehouses and workshops on metal halide or fluorescent high-bays running long hours.
- Offices and retail on fluorescent troffers, especially where the lighting runs 10 or more hours a day.
- Car parks and external lighting on all night.
- Homes with a lot of halogen downlights.
Done as part of a bigger job
LED upgrades are often the easiest win inside a commercial fit-out, a maintenance arrangement or an industrial lighting-at-height job. If we're already on site, the marginal cost of doing it now is low.
