Electrical work in Kidman Park
Kidman Park was built out in the 1960s on land that was market gardens, and the blocks show it: wide, deep and increasingly valuable, which is why the suburb is filling with rebuilds. A new home here typically wants 3-phase for ducted air conditioning, provision for an EV charger and solar, a board with room to grow, and outdoor circuits for the pool, the shed and the alfresco. We do that from the temporary supply to the certificate.
The original homes have the standard western plains issues: small boards, no RCDs on the first circuits, and long cable runs to sheds and garden lighting that were added over the years with varying care.
